# How-To:
01 - Measure the frozen strawberries and sugar. Juice the lemons until you have 1 cup of fresh lemon juice and remove any seeds.
02 - Place the frozen strawberries, lemon juice and granulated sugar into a high-speed blender.
03 - Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and has a slushy texture, scraping down the sides as needed to achieve even consistency.
04 - Taste and add additional sugar if desired. For a thinner consistency, add up to 1/2 cup cold water or a few ice cubes and pulse to combine. Divide between two glasses and garnish with lemon slices or mint, then serve immediately.
