# How-To:

01 - Preheat oven to 250°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In clean, dry bowl, beat egg whites with electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form.
03 - Gradually add superfine sugar one tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff, glossy peaks form and sugar dissolves completely.
04 - Gently fold cornstarch, vinegar, and vanilla extract into meringue mixture.
05 - Spoon or pipe meringue into 6 small nests on baking sheet, creating indentation in center of each nest.
06 - Bake for 1 hour. Turn off oven and cool meringues completely inside with door slightly ajar.
07 - Toss sliced strawberries with sugar and lemon juice. Let sit for 15 minutes.
08 - Whip cold cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
09 - Place each meringue on serving plate. Fill center with whipped cream and top with macerated strawberries.
10 - Serve immediately for optimal texture and flavor.
