# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes like a vacation poured straight into a glass, minus the plane ticket.
  • This drink easily adapts to your mood—make it lighter, sweeter, or slushier, all without fuss.
02 -
  • If you skip straining, you may find some pulpy surprises in your glass—especially with ripe pineapple.
  • Adding lime at the end sharpens the flavor; never skip the citrus unless you prefer a mellow, almost coconut-centric version.
03 -
  • Don't rush the blending step—the creamier, the better.
  • Straining isn't essential but can make the difference if you want cafe-style smoothness.
